Here’s how the process works at Comfort stick Mobile Phlebotomy Services:

1. **Receiving the Doctor's Lab Orders** PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE REQUISTION DURING THE INITIAL SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENT. 
   Once we receive your doctor's lab orders, our team carefully reviews them to ensure we understand exactly which tubes are required. "Sometimes, we can reach out to your doctor on your behalf to obtain the orders. However, in certain cases, protocols require that you secure the requisitions yourself.  ORDERING KITS: BE SURE TO SECURE KITS IN ADVANCE OR CONTACT US TO SEE IF WE HAVE THE KITS IN STOCK. OPEN BOX AND CHECK CONTENTS, FILL OUT AND COMPLETE ALL PATIENT FORMS BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES. FREEZE ICE BLOCKS IMMEDIATELY, DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY BOXES. ADDITIONAL DROP OFF LOCATIONS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL MILEAGE FEES. 

Arranging Payment

We strive to make the payment process straightforward and hassle-free. Once your appointment is scheduled, Payment is typically collected at the time of service, unless you prefer other arrangements (which will require a deposit) and we accept payments e.g., credit/debit cards, PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

2. **Preparation and Planning**  
   After decoding the orders, we make sure all the necessary supplies are ready. This includes the appropriate collection tubes, ice pack, and any specialized equipment needed for your specific tests such as a centrifuge, "pour off tubes" and pipettes.

3. **Scheduling MUST HAVE MORE THAN ONE AVAILABLE DAY FOR SCHEDULING/STATS (LAST MINUTE) ARE CONSIDERED ONE DAY NOTICES AND WILL BE CHARGED A STAT FEE OF $100
   We scheduled range time*(ie.0700-0730AM or 0700-0800AM), one of our skilled phlebotomists will contact you on the day of your appointment with the exact ETA.

4. **Secure Processing**  
   Following the collection, we properly label and process the samples to meet laboratory standards.

5. **Delivery to the Lab**  
   Finally, we promptly deliver your samples to the designated lab for testing. This ensures timely results and maintains the highest level of care and professionalism.
